Skydive Voss will be hosting the FAI 2023 World Cup and European Championships at Voss, Norway. The competitions will run from the 22nd to the 26th of August 2023.
We are expecting to see people from all parts of the globe coming to Voss and its magnificent surroundings. We welcome you to the land of the fjords and an experience of a lifetime! This is skydiving like no other place in the world. May the best team win!

Boemoen airfield is the venue for the comptetions. Boemoen is located 6km from central Voss and this is where Skydive Voss has its base.
At the arena we will provide each nation with teamtents, a huge tent for having lunch, packing tents, a cafe with facilities and a shuttle bus that can bring to and from the centre of Voss. There are also parking available close by. DZ FACILITIES

eventsThere will be held an opening ceremony on the 22nd of August. This will start with a parade through Voss lead by The Royal Guards and hosted by the Mayor and a Minister from The Norwegian Government. All nations will be presented , the Norwegian Armys Paratroopers will come by and several of the Norwegian Air Federations members will be on site. Why not check out the next in aviation, our electric airplane? There may also be a surprise or two and the evening will end with a parachute related movie, viewed outdoors in the open air.
The local cinema will have a theme for the week where both old and new movies related to skydiving will be on the programme When there is spare time we have a comprehensive selection of activities; Rafting, mountain-hiking with a local guide, glacier-trekking, biking, visiting a local brewery and much, much more. A closing ceremony is scheduled on the evening of the 26th August 2023 travel to Voss Map by Google
Its quite easy to get to Voss. You can travel by train, bus or car from the international gateways Bergen or Oslo. Voss is located in South-western Norway, between The Sognefjord and the Hardangerfjord. Bergen is the closest gateway for international or national arrivals by air.

other infoVoss is a fairly small village close to the west coast of Norway, 100 km east of Bergen. The population for the area is around 15.000 people and most services are available locally. The region of Voss is very orientated towards sports and tourism. Annually the extreme sports week (Ekstremsportveko) is held at Voss. Their events attracts many visitors and global attention to sports in the region, and has in many ways established Voss as the Norwegian capitol of extreme-sports.
